Poinsettia Park is a not-for-profit organization that is made up of shareholders and non-shareholders. Policies are developed by a voluntary Board of seven members of shareholders. The Board is voted into office by the shareholders.
The executive officers include the following: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer.
The Board has a number of committees:
- Beautification Committee
- Finance Committee
- Home Owner Interview Committee
- Home Sales Committee
- Planning Committe
The Park’s daily operations, maintenance and financial activities are supervised by the Board.
