The Overnight Visitor's Program will run from October 1st, 2011 to the end of March, 2012.

We are a 55 and  older community. You must meet these requirements.

All we ask is a few hours of your time so that you may share with us your specific housing/price requirements.

We will then put together a custom tour, meeting those requirements, that will allow us to show you our very comfortable, affordable homes and also will provide you the opportunity to observe the many amenities/activities available here at the park. During your stay you will be able to further observe/participate in the various activities that make our winter season here so enjoyable.
